Regulations

Sexual harassment and sex-related persecution violate the human dignity, freedom and  privacy of the person, and equality between the sexes. Sexual harassment is a criminal offense, a civil wrong and a serious disciplinary offense. Sexual harassment and persecution cause harm to work relations and studies and are contrary to University policy.

The purpose of these Regulations is to ensure that the University serves as a workplace and learning environment that is free of sexual harassment or persecution arising from harassment.
