The disciplinary tribunal of the academic staff is comprised of two members of the academic staff and one external individual, sometimes an attorney.

The disciplinary tribunal of the students is comprised of one member of the academic staff or a panel of three, including an external representative.

In cases of sexual harassment, at least one woman shall serve on the panel of the disciplinary tribunal, whenever possible.
